This page is not written yet. Privacy Policy is a legal document and needs to be drafted for Indian law by a qualified advisor before launch. It is deliberately left empty rather than filled with plausible-looking text that would not hold.
What it will need to cover
- What personal data is collected, from customers and from drivers
- Location data — when it is collected, how long it is kept, who can see it
- KYC documents: storage, retention period and access controls
- Payment data, and what is handled by the payment provider rather than us
- Third parties the data reaches (maps, SMS, payments, analytics)
- How a user requests their data or asks for it to be deleted
- Compliance with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act
