Every fare is itemised before you confirm and again on the bill. Nothing below is hidden in a footnote, because a price a customer only discovers afterwards is the fastest way to lose them.

Waiting, surge, cancellation and tolls are the same on all four classes and are listed below. There is nothing beyond those.

What else can appear on a bill

The complete list, and it applies identically to every vehicle class.

Waiting

₹120 per hour, after 30 free minutes at loading or unloading.

Surge

Applied per area when demand is high, and capped at 1.5× by a database constraint rather than by a policy. Always shown before you confirm.

Cancellation

Free until a driver accepts. ₹100 after that — waived if the driver is late.

Tolls and parking

Charged at cost and itemised on the bill.

Questions people actually ask

The six that come up before a first booking, answered without a footnote.

Is the estimate what I pay?

Usually, yes. It changes only if the route changes, if there is waiting beyond the free 30 minutes, or if a JCB runs past the hours booked. Each of those appears as its own line on the bill.

Why is a JCB charged by the hour?

Because its work is time, not distance. A JCB that digs for four hours in one spot has travelled no distance at all — billing it by the kilometre would charge almost nothing for a full day of work.

What if I cancel?

Free until a driver accepts. After that it is ₹100, and that is waived if the driver is running late.

How do I pay?

UPI, card, or cash to the driver. You choose before confirming and can change it up to the moment you pay.

Do you charge GST?

Yes, where it applies. It is shown separately on the bill and on the receipt you can download from the app.

Does the fare change by city?

It will. Rate cards are held per service area, so each city we open gets its own — the figures on this page are Surat’s, which is the only city open today.
